The present Petition under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No. 0093/2023 registered under Sections 376(2)(n)/370/506/342 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 3/4/5 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Police Station Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
