The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks following prayers:- "a) Set aside/quash the impugned order dated 15.03.2023 passed by the Ld. MM, New Delhi, Patiala House Courts, whereby the Ld. MM in FIR NO. 12/2018 Under Section 420, 468, 471, 511,120-B,34 IPC, PS Parliament Street, New Delhi, directed further investigation 4 years post taking cognizance and while exercising (or not exercising) the powers under section 239 CrPC on the Petitioner's discharge application; b) Set aside/quash (vis-à-vis the Petitioner) the impugned order dated 29.07.2019 passed by the Ld. MM, New Delhi, Patiala House Courts, whereby the Ld. MM had taken cognizance in the matter and issued process against the Petitioner even when he was not charge-sheeted, and also quash all the further proceedings against the Petitioner." Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to proceed with the application seeking discharge which is filed before the learned Trial Court. 4.
