On the last date of hearing before the Joint Registrar all three plaintiffs have made submissions that they wish to withdraw the suit. 3.

The Joint Registrar's order reads as under:

"1. As per office noting, court notice issued to the plaintiff no.2 has been served.

2. All the three plaintiffs are present in person in the Court along with their Advocate and submit that they wish to withdraw the present suit with liberty to file fresh suit.

3. Separate statement of all the three plaintiffs recorded in this regard.

4. In view of the above, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on 01st May, 2024."

I am plaintiff no.3 in the present. I wish to withdraw the present ease with liberty to file fresh suit." 5.
