The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the arguments on charge have already been concluded, before the learned Trial Court. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court in case the charges are framed against the petitioner.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
