Parties submit that the disputes between them have been settled. The terms of the settlement are contained in paragraphs 1 to 9. The sum of Rs.50,000/- as per paragraph 9 has been paid to the Plaintiff by the Defendants. All the parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. The application is signed by all the parties and accompanied by their affidavits. This Court has perused the settlement terms. There is no impediment in recording the same as the same are lawful. The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement. Let decree sheet be drawn up. I.A. is allowed and suit is disposed of. All the pending I.A.s also stand disposed of.
