% 17.07.2019 Petitioner seeks extension of interim bail by two weeks to enable him to arrange the funds for treatment of his mother, who is suffering from Cancer. Vide order of 10th June, 2019, petitioner was granted interim bail for one week to enable him to get his mother admitted in Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute. Copy of the medical documents (Annexure-F) indicate that petitioner's mother is under treatment at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and she is to be medically examined on 18th and 19th July, 2019.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.

Upon hearing and on perusal of documents (Annexure-F), interim bail of petitioner is extended by another two weeks on the same terms and conditions.
