% 22.01.2020 This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to restrain respondents No.4 and 5 from running their illegal and unlawful business. The case of the petitioner is that he is selling electronic items at Shop No.3, Jaitpur Village, Santosh Colony, New Delhi under the name and style of M/s. Harmeet Refrigerator. A Mall i.e. Vishal Mega Mart has come up there and a lot of people make purchases from there. It is stated that the same is a threat for untoward incidents including fire incidents. Similar plea is made regarding M/s. Love Kush Restaurant.

The SDMC has filed in court today a copy of the Health Trade License of M/s. Love Kush Sweets and M/s.Air Plaza Retail Holdings Private Limited. Fire safety certificates of the two properties have also been placed on record.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
