On the last date of hearing, the concerned Jail Superintendent was directed to file the fresh Medical Status Report which has not come on record.

Let a copy of the order passed today as well as the earlier order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent who shall also file an updated medical status report alongwith an explanation as to why the report has not been placed on record despite court orders. 3.

The Investigating Officer shall also communicate a copy of this order to the concerned Jail Superintendent, Central Jail No.10, Rohini, Delhi. 4.
