The learned counsel for the defendant, who appears through virtual mode, submits that the defendant shall duly honour the terms of the settlement and give all assistance to the plaintiff, including executing the affidavit of no objection to the quashing of FIR No. 262/2019, Police Station Kishan Garh, within a week. 2.

On the said submission and the Settlement Agreement dated 10.07.2023 executed between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, plaintiff prays for leave to withdraw the present suit.

Accordingly, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
