A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioner Shubha Sharma seeking quashing of Complaint Case No.7401/2021 and Summoning Order dated 28.03.2022 passed by learned MM (NI Act), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner when questioned as to why the Summoning Order dated 28.03.2022 has been challenged by way of present petition, he has candidly admitted that the party had approached him only last year by when the limitation for challenging the Summoning Order had already expired.

The petition suffers from inordinate delay and is highly belated and, therefore, it is hereby dismissed along with the pending application.
