The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that in the facts and circumstances of the present matter this Hon‟ble Court may most graciously be pleased to:
a) Quash the FIR No. 177 of 2018 filed under section 27/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, P.S Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
b) Pass any such other or further order or direction as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present case." 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take the grounds urged herein during the course of trial in accordance with law. 3.
Leave and liberty granted.
