O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 214/2019 under Sections 376/354/506 IPC registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, only allegation under Section 354 IPC is made out against him. She further submits that in pursuance to the directions given in the present case, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3.

Learned APP for the State submits that the complainant could not be traced despite best efforts of the Investigating Officer at this stage. 4.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station and also subject to the following conditions:- BAIL APPLN. 1733/2019

(i) The petitioner shall join investigation as and when he is asked to do so.

(ii) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO Police Station Rajouri Garden, Delhi with his mobile number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court.

(iv) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned Court.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
