% 29.07.2019 It is submitted there is no sub-meter in the tenanted premises and the electricity provided by the landlord / respondent has since been disconnected, as alleged.

In the circumstances and as agreed to by the learned counsel for respondent, the respondent/landlord shall cooperate with the petitioner in case petitioner applies for separate electricity connection /meter, as per rules.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. Copy of order be given dasti to both the learned counsels. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
