After arguing for a while, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to re-agitate the issue in case the petitioner realises any threat to the Waqf property in the Central Vista Redevelopment Project.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn alongwith pending applications.
