This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") seeking the following relief(s):- "(a) Grant interim stay on the various demand letters issued by the Respondent to the Petitioner for all the trains mentioned in Paragraph 4 of the Petition seeking payment of additional license fee on account of Commercial Circular No. 60 of 2019 till the conclusion of arbitration proceedings between the two parties."

Since an Arbitrator has been appointed by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2025 in ARB.P. 1656/2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the grievances raised in the present petition before the learned Arbitrator. 3.

Granting the said liberty, the present petition is disposed of with all the pending application(s), if any.
