Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This intra-court appeal has been filed against an interlocutory order dated 05.05.2025 whereby the learned Single Judge has only ordered the writ petition to be listed on 27.05.2025.

On being asked as to how this intra-court appeal would be maintainable, learned counsel representing the appellant/petitioner has attempted to impress upon the Court that unless the matter by the learned Single Judge is not heard at an appropriate early date, the appellant/petitioner-institution shall suffer, inasmuch as that it will not be able The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to get the necessary affiliation to start the Institute in the approaching academic year.

Be that as it may. In our considered opinion, this intra-court appeal, challenging an order whereby a matter has been adjourned, is not maintainable, which is hereby dismissed.

Notwithstanding dismissal of this intra-court appeal, it is needless to observe that it is always open to the petitioner to approach the learned Single Judge seeking preponement of the date or by making any other miscellaneous application seeking some interim relief.
