This is a petition filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 27.05.2019.

It is stated that Section 34 petition filed by the judgment debtor has already been dismissed and the appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the said order dismissing Section 34 petition is pending adjudication. However, there is no order staying the Arbitral Award dated 27.05.2019. 3.

Since the entire decretal amount has been deposited in this Court, the decree holder is at liberty to withdraw the same subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General of this Court along with accrued interest.
