Learned counsel for the respondent submits that an affidavit in compliance of the last order has since been filed, however, the same is not on record.

Let the same be brought on record, subject to removal of objections, if any.

However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, since the reliefs sought in the present petition have been granted by the respondent and fresh Renewal Certificates in respect of the two trade marks nos.671598 and 671443 in Class 3 have already been issued on 30.05.2025, a copy whereof has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
