O R D E R

Respective counsel for the decree holder and the judgment debtor are in agreement that the total outstanding amount (after accounting for the amounts already paid and after adjusting the amount payable by the decree holder to the judgment debtor under the Award in question) is to the tune of Rs.1,56,69,766/-.

In EX. APPL.(OS) 1884/2024, it has been submitted by the applicant/judgment debtor that following bank drafts have been prepared for the said amount:- a. Demand Draft No. 581952, dated October 29, 2024, for INR 24,44,766/- (Rupees Twenty-Four Lakh Forty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Six only).
b. Demand Draft No. 581953, dated October 29, 2024, for INR 2,25,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand only).

c. Demand Draft No. 581987, dated November 07, 2024, for INR 65,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty-Five Lakh Only) d. Demand Draft No. 581986, dated November 07, 2024, for INR 65,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty-Five Lakh Only) 3.
Learned counsel for the judgment debtor seeks that it be permitted to deposit the said bank drafts with the Registry of this Court in full and final discharge of its obligations under the decree. The same is not opposed by the learned counsel for the decree holder.

Accordingly, the aforesaid bank drafts are directed to be deposited in the Registry of this Court, and be immediately encashed. 5.
Let the said amount, as also the amount already deposited, alongwith accrued interest thereon, be released to the decree holder as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from today. 6.
Respective counsel for the parties agree that the above results in full and final satisfaction of the decree which is sought to be enforced in these proceedings.

The present petition, along with all pending applications, is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above directions.
