The present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks grant of second spell of furlough for a period of two weeks. The Petitioner has been convicted in proceedings arising from FIR No. 248/2010 registered under Sections 365/376(2)(G)/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Dhaula Kuan.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, ASC states that the relief sought by the Petitioner already stands granted by order dated 24th May, 2025, a fact duly acknowledged by counsel for Petitioner. A copy of the said order has been handed over across the Board and is taken on record. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
