O R D E R

% 03.02.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 21st November, 2016 passed in Cont. Cas(C) No.1238/2016, wherein the respondent-Transport Dept., NCT of Delhi undertook that the order dated 23rd November, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) No.9387/2016 shall be complied within a period of six weeks.

By virtue of the aforesaid order dated 23rd November, 2015, the Division Bench of this Court directed the Committee constituted by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Transport Department to inquire into all the specific allegation made in the W.P.(C) No.9387/2016 and pass an appropriate order.

In the present petition, it has been averred that no order has been passed till date.

However, Mr.Peeyoosh Kalra, learned ASC for GNCTD has

handed over a photocopy of order dated 1st February, 2017 passed in compliance of the orders dated 23rd November, 2015 and 21st November, 2016. A copy of the said order is taken on record. In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous.
