This is the first bail application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking grant of bail in FIR No.462/2019 registered at Police Station Nand Nagri for the offences under Sections 302/212/120B/34 Indian Panel Code, 1860 and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959.
