At the insistence of this Court under Rule 37 of the Delhi High Court Intellectual Property Rights Division Rules, 2022, both the parties were directed to explore the possibility of settlement. 2.
At the post-lunch session, the learned counsel for the parties informed that the parties have been able to resolve their disputes. 3.
Learned counsel for the parties state that the defendant is ready and willing to suffer a decree in terms of sub-para (a) of para 35 of the suit. They further state that the defendant has agreed to pay a nominal cost of Rs.75,000/- to the plaintiff.

Defendant is directed to defray the said amount of Rs.75,000/- within two weeks from date against a written acknowledgement. Since the matter has been disposed of as settled, the plaintiff shall be entitled to Court Fees in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees (Delhi Amendment) Act, 2026 upon completion of all formalities as per rules.
