% 19.09.2018 The petitioner seeks that cognizance be taken on his complaint made to the police against the respondents, in terms of the various complaints as detailed in Annexure-5 of this petition.

Mr. R.S. Kundu, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits, upon instructions, that the case has been examined by the Delhi Police and that it had also been sent to the police at Solan, Himachal Pradesh for appropriate action because the cause of action arose there. However, since transactions have allegedly been made by the petitioner through bank accounts maintained in Delhi, the petitioner's Writ Petition shall be treated as a representation by the police and he be intimated about such action, as may be taken on examination of the matter. Let it be so done in the next four weeks.
