These are petitions filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 6 months from 17.04.2025 to 17.10.2025. 2.
It is stated that the arguments have been concluded in the arbitral proceedings and only the arbitral award needs to be made and published.

For the said reason, issue notice.

Mr. Raghavan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petitions being allowed. 5.
I am satisfied that a sufficient cause has been shown. 6.
Hence, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended upto 6 months from today to conclude the arbitration proceedings. 7.
The period from 17.04.2025 till today stands regularized. 8.
The petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
