This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that mandate of the Arbitrator was extended by this Court by a period of six months from 30.10.2024 vide order dated 16.01.2025 in O.M.P. (MISC.)(COMM.) 23/2025, which has expired on 30.04.2025 and since only the Award remains to be pronounced, the mandate be extended by three months. 5.

Issue notice.

Respondent accepts notice and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 7.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and considering that only the arbitral award remains to be pronounced and published, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a period of three months from 01.05.2025. 8.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
