% 10.04.2018 By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that she has to maintain social ties, meet her daughter and grand-children and also challenges the communication dated 31st July, 2017. After the communication dated 31st July, 2017 the petitioner has been released on furlough for a period of three weeks. Thus, this Court finds no ground to interfere in the communication dated 31st July, 2017. Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
