The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief: a) Writ of Mandamus or any other Appropriate Writ directing the Respondent No. 1 University to refund the UGC-NET fellowship recovered from Petitioner for non-overlapping period; and/or 4.

Mr. Gorang Goyal, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner is in respect of the non-release of non-NET Fellowship for non-overlapping period.

be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1/JNU to consider the case of the petitioner.

Mr. Goyal, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not have any objection in case such a direction is passed making it time bound.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1/university to consider the case of the petitioner for release of money, in case the petitioner is found entitled to the same, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is also directed to appear before the Students and Project Section (S&P) on 21.05.2025 for the purpose of reconciliation. 9.
