This is an application seeking that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to agitate the issue of validity of the impugned Provisional Attachment Order No.16/2020 dated 31.12.2020 before the appellate tribunal under the PMLA, 2002in the pending appeal bearing FPA/PMLA/4470/MUM/2022. 2.

The application is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 3.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
