The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(i) quash the order dated 14.05.2019 passed by Ld. Trial Court of LD. M.M. Saket District Courts, New Delhi in the · Criminal Complaint No-6874/2019 TITLED AS "DR.
NEENA CHAUDHARY VERSUS M/S CELEBRATION CITY PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED & OTHERS; against the petitioner upon the facts and circumstances of the complaint case. (ii) that during the pendency and hearing of this petition, any further proceedings with reference to Criminal Complaint No-6874/2019 TITLED AS "DR. NEENA CHAUDHARY VERSUS M/S CELEBRATION CITY PROJECTS PRIVATE • LIMITED & OTHERS;", pending before the Trial Court, be stayed; (iii). Pass such order or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in favour of the. applicant and against the Respondent." Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 2 submits that the subject complaint was withdrawn on 05.04.2025. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.
The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
