The present petition has been filed by the petitioner on the apprehension that an action as regards "blocking" of the petitioner's passport has been undertaken by the respondent no.2/passport Regional Office, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2, who appears on advance notice, submits that no adverse action has been taken qua the passport of the petitioner. As such, he submits that the apprehensions of the petitioner are unfounded.
