Mr. Abhay Kumar Bhargava, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions from the petitioners to withdraw the petition as the petitioners have come to know that as number of vacancies are available in the grade of Assistant Commandant (GD), they intend to seek appropriate relief by filing a fresh petition. 2.
The application is allowed and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law.
