This is a petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, filed by the petitioner seeking to quash of the FIR No. 864/2022 for offences under Sections 498A/406/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Ashok Vihar, Delhi.
