The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers:- "a) set aside the Impugned Order dated 26.10.2024 passed by Ms. Neetu Sharma, the then Administrative Civil Judge-cum-Additional Rent Controller (Central) Delhi in RC ARC/ 1084/2018 (U/s 14(1)(e) of DRC Act) titled as Saeeda Begum vs Abdul Majeed with costs throughout and the Petitioner be granted unconditional leave to defend the Eviction Petition; and To pass such other and further order(s) in the facts and circumstances of the case as this Hon 'ble court may deem fit and proper in favor of Respondent in the interest of justice"
