The petitioner before this Court is husband of the complainant against whom FIR No. 872/2015 under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC has been registered.

On behalf of the complainant her counsel submits that jewellery articles have not been returned by the petitioner so far. 3.
Learned APP for the State also submits that though the petitioner had joined investigation but jewellery articles are yet to be returned. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever articles were in possession of the petitioner had already been returned. He placed reliance on the following judgments and prayed for release of the petitioner on anticipatory bail:

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances that the petitioner had joined investigation, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO.

Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
