% 28.11.2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, he has no objection if a sole and independent Arbitrator is appointed for adjudicating the disputes and differences between the parties.

Noting the submission, this court appoints Mr. Sudhanshu Batra, learned Sr. Advocate (Ph. No. 9811035392) as the sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. Mr. Sudhanshu Batra shall hold the proceedings under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre and the Rules made thereunder. Parties to appear before the Coordinator (DIAC) on December 9, 2019 at 3.30 PM. Let a copy of this order be sent to Coordinator, DIAC and to Mr. Sudhandhsu Batra. The petition stands disposed of.
