This is the first bail application filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.1327/2023 registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar, West, for the offences under Sections 326/341/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4.
