This application is filed on behalf of the Plaintiffs under Section 151 CPC for withdrawal of the suit in light of the settlement arrived at between the parties, terms of which are incorporated in the Compromise-cumSettlement Deed dated 16.04.2025. 2.

Issue notice.

Mr. Siddharth Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Defendants and, on instructions, submits that Defendants have no objection to the application being allowed.

Court has perused the terms of settlement. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed, permitting the Plaintiffs to withdraw the suit in light of the settlement.

Application stands disposed of.
