The present Petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking setting aside of the Order dated 21.08.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge whereby anticipatory bail has been granted to Respondents No.23 to 5 in FIR No.83/2021, under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Model Town, New Delhi.
