This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 01st July 2024 in CM(M) 2812/2024, wherein directions were given for the Trial Court to dispose of application under Order XII Rule 6 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') within three months. 2.

Counsel for petitioner states that this has still not done and the matter is getting pushed.

It has been noted from the order-sheets that arguments had been heard on the application under Order XII Rule 6 CPC and the matter had been placed for orders.
