Ms. Chand Chopra, Counsel for the Delhi Development Authority, accepts notice.

She states, on instructions, that the file is under process, considering that interest waiver had been sought by petitioner, the accounts department will have to assess the matter.

Accordingly, she states that the decision will be taken within the next three weeks.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of with recording the undertaking of the counsel recorded.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the same in case there is any continued infraction of the timeline which has been granted by this Court.
