1.1 However, the learned counsel for the appellant informs us that a Special Leave Petition (SLP) was preferred against the judgment. 2.
Mr Chirayu Jain, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of respondent no.1 in the above-captioned appeals, says that the SLP preferred by the appellant has been dismissed in default today, i.e., 20.09.2024. 3.
As things stand today, the judgment of the division bench of this court is intact and, therefore, these appeals cannot be sustained. 4.
The appeals are, accordingly, dismissed.
