The present petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 23.05.2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Family Court') in M No.120/2021 titled Nasreen Siddiqui v. Aslam Siddiqui, directing the petitioner herein to pay ad-interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the respondent. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that, subsequently, by an order dated 25.02.2023, the learned Family Court has fixed the interim maintenance for the respondent at Rs.15,000/- per month. She further submits that, to the knowledge of the respondent, the said order has not been challenged by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the interim maintenance having already been determined by the learned Family Court, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is, accordingly, disposed of as such.
