% 17.07.2019 The petitioners have preferred the aforesaid writ petitions to assail the posts allocation made in respect of them on 10.5.2016. The claim of the petitioners is that according to their merit and reservation, provided to the ex-servicemen, the posts should have been allocated to them in the CISF and not in the Seema Suraksha Bal/CRPF. The petitioners should have approached the Court soon after issuance of the service allocation on 10.5.2016. They have joined their respective posts and are serving in the Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.
