CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 01.02.2018 Crl.M.A. 1945/2018 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. W.P.(CRL) 332/2018 Present none for the petitioner even on the pass-over. By this petition the petitioner challenges the communication dated 6th December, 2017 passed by the competent authority rejecting the grant of parole to the petitioner which he had sought on the ground that he has to file special leave petition before the Supreme Court, arrange funds for the same and re-establish social ties.

A perusal of the nominal roll attached with the petition reveals that after the communication dated 6th December, 2017 rejecting parole to the petitioner, petitioner has since been granted furlough for a period of three W.P.(CRL) 332/2018

weeks with effect from 12th December, 2017 till 2nd January, 2018. Thus furlough having been granted this Court finds no ground to set aside the communication dated 6th December, 2017 which is under challenge in the present petition.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
