% 05.11.2019 Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed by the petitioner - father seeking production of his missing son Vijay @ Golu, aged 181⁄2 years missing since 29th June, 2019.

Four status reports have been filed in the present writ petition. The latest status report dated 01st November, 2019 has been filed under the signature of Mr. Devender Arya, Deputy Commissioner of Police, South West District, New Delhi.

Though the missing person has not been found, yet all the leads pointed out by the petitioner are in the process of being investigated. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is closed with a direction to the Delhi Police to file status reports before the concerned trial

court at least once a month after serving an advance copy on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
