Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Deepti Gaidhane seeking quashing of the Summoning Order dated 03.07.2024 of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (NI Act) in Complaint Case No. 1226/2024 and consequent proceedings emanating thereto.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the Court of learned Sessions Judge, in accordance with law.
