The present application under Section 439 of the CrPC seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 383/2015, under Section 302 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Sarita Vihar, Delhi.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that the out of 24 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 19 have already been examined and only 5 witnesses who are formal in nature remains to be examined before the learned Trial Court. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application and prays for directions that the trial be completed in a time-bound manner. 4.

Leave granted.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
