By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief(s): "...a. Pass a writ, appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature of writ of Mandamus thereby, Issuing directions to the respondents to take appropriate legal action against the culprits, in the interest of justice.
b. Pass a writ, appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature of writ of Mandamus thereby, Issuing directions to the respondents to provide the protection of life, liberty & property of the petitioner, in the interest of justice..." 2.
The petitioner who claims to be married to one Ms. Shronika has preferred a complaint against his wife as well as against her relatives. 3.
Learned Standing Counsel while referring to the status report submits that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner , an FIR has already been registered being FIR No.550/2024 under Sections 117 (2), 126 (2) and 3 (5) The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
