The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent (Commissioner of Police, Delhi) to dispose of the petitioner's appeal against an order passed by the Joint Commissioner (Licensing), cancelling the petitioner's licence to run an eating house-cum-bar in the name and style of M/s Stapler Lounge and Bar located at 31, Panchkuian Road, New Delhi-110055. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the said appeal would be disposed of within a period of four weeks from today. The respondent is bound down to the said statement.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
